>...Hugo Chavez was democratically elected, has shown no ill will toward any of his
neighbors,..

Guffaw...both,Leninists who are honest, and reactionary media barons, for their differing class reasons, say FARC is supported Chavez. Hell, Montesinos, that fascist thug in Peru, even sold weapons to FARC. http://www.google.com/search?q=FARC+Hugo+Chavez http://news.google.com/news?q=FARC+Hugo+Chavez& Heh, the wacky list that Macdonald Stainsby swears by for info on North Korea! http://www.mail-archive.com/kominform@lists.eunet.fi/msg11954.html ver the protests of Colombia’s democratically elected central government, Chavez invited FARC leaders to Caracas last year. The communist insurgents happily took time off from growing cocaine and kidnapping tourists to address the Constitutional Assembly. These actions bestowed upon FARC a preposterous legitimacy. Evidently, the Venezuelan president thought they were Bolivarians too. There are also reports of a network of Venezuelan and FARC operatives smuggling military equipment across the border out of Venezuela into the hands of the guerrillas...

In light of the fact that Chavez has carried on a now infamous correspondence with Illich Ramirez Sanchez (also known as “Carlos the Jackal”), little more needs to be said about his anti-terrorist credentials...
