CHECK yourself, Eminem. Bill O'Reilly has been named "hip-hop's dopest MC for 2002." The notoriously cranky Fox News Channel firebrand received the unlikely honor from Davey D, who authors a newsletter about the rap world. Mr. D cited O'Reilly attacks on Jay-Z because the rapper was allowed to serve as a "principal for a day" and Pepsi for allowing Ludacris to rap in their commercials. "He's been stepping up to the mic all year long and blasting cats left and right," Davey D writes. "My question is 'Who's next?' You can't deny his skills . . . He hasn't lost a battle yet."
