polls, afaict.
But the telephone density in Venezuela is less than 12 mainlines per 
100inhabitants (as opposed to 70 per 100 inhabitants in the US).  So 
whatthose figures really mean is that even among the richest minority of 
theVenezuelan population, the opposition only has 60% support.  "Liberty, " 
magazine in 1936 predicted a landslide for Alf Landon vs. FDR, based on the 
same faulty, highly skewed set of respondents w/telephones.
