Yes! Normally the Lehrer show is a narcotic so powerful it should be on the controlled substances list, but I stumbled onto this exchange while channel surfing and had difficulty retrieving my eyebrows from the ceiling. I seem to recall that Rumsfeld used some expression straight out of Dr. S. like "proactive defense."
