I don't know if anybody out there cares about this kind of thing, but apparently when Strobe Talbott was in St. Petersburg in 1996, he spent thousands of taxpayer dollars on hookers. A colleague of mine has a photocopy of a $1,000 receipt for "room service." Chris Doss The Russia Journal
