============= Who has stated that organizing the working class is authoritarian? I thought one of the big enticing projects of socialism was the abolition-attenuation of authoritarian relationships, or is it possible to bring about a non-authoritarian society with authoritarian means? This is one of the reasons many people don't trust lefties; merely as an example brought up earlier, take Brian Becker. I saw him not too long ago on CSPAN. The guy reeked of arrogance and authoritarianism. Why? It seems *totally* counterproductive. There's no necessary correlation between intellectual erudition in one's critique of Capital and arrogance, if anything it should bring about something akin to a physician's patience and demeanor in developing a strategy for curing a complex disease.
