Why should Dems be bipartisan- they actually do like winning elections, whatever you think of their progressive credentials, and the advantage of Democrats becoming nearly an extinct species at the upper level of Texas politics is that taking out Enron and its associated sleaze is unlikely to implicate any political friends.

Seems like a pure winning issue for the Dems to ride into the elections, with investigations and legislative proposals. No reason for bipartisanship anywhere on this one.
