I suspect that troop morale at the Saudi bases is very low, since they just
can't strut out and whore it up.
The military are just dying to get back to the Philippines, though.

As for the civil suit brought by the service member, she must have some sort
of protection and possibly even support in order to be able to do it. Like
key congress people?
