The actual Re: Putin and the oligarchs

One way or another, Putin is intent on addressing
the great uncorrected injustice of Russia's flawed entry into capitalism.
And smart oligarchs will heed his advice, because in this endgame, Putin
holds the best position on the board.

Isn't this like watching a re-run of the establishment of US Capitalism.  In
essence saying, ok, you stole all the money, now pls lend it to us?
