Texas/Florida Business Pipe Open

Just checking out this little tech company from an "It's the chart, stupid"
list I dump tickers into.  Tyler Technologies.  Noticed they got a lot of
gov contracts in FL, then their Texas address.  So I looked at the Insider
transaction record and there were the Lays.  Anybody recognize any other
names here?  Could this be part of a bi-state jobs program for the Bush boys
buddies?
