Too bad you didn't read the rest of the story; he wasn't arrested for
that, he was arrested on outstanding warrants including a felony drunk
hit-n-run.  Because he was afraid of being arrested for those warrants,
he skipped a (subpoena'd) grand jury appearance.

Do you get a lot of scrutiny in you have a tape like this and you
appear on radio shows with your own speculation about what happened?
You bet.  Is "Cop Watching Illegal" ...?
