The automatic posting-counter got trashed during a Panix disk 
upgrade, so there's been no easy way to track, much less enforce, the 
3-a-day posting limit. But things have crept a bit out of control. 
Here's the average number of posts per day for July 1-11, for all 
posters with an average of 1 or higher:
