Global Exchange: Pro Ground War?

I came across an article from the Times of India with
the interesting title of "Afghan war busts hi-tech war
myth."  In it it tells how Global Exchange cited over
800 civilian deaths in Afghanistan which they said was
mostly due to misinformation sent to those who do the
airstrikes.

It goes on to say that the Pentagon feels that ground
troops could be more effective in this regard because
they could see excactly what they are doing.

To me, Global Exchange just made the argument for the
Pentagon to go in there with ground troops, rather
than finding other alternatives to war.
