I was just reading the other day about how "organic" farmers are using more and more pesticides. They justify it by saying that "of course" you need some help in order to make the products survive to make it to market and not cost thousands of dollars.

It's a slippery slope.

There's some new group in California that, now that we're getting to have a national (read: low) standard for what "organic" means is trying something new: the label they are using is "sustainable" ...
