150 TNG-CWA members at the Chinese Daily News need your help. Although these workers voted for CWA representation more than a year ago, their employer refuses to recognize their choice or bargain with them.

Your help is especially needed right now, as CWA, the AFL-CIO, and APALA (Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance) are currently conducting an educational solidarity tour in Taiwan, where the newspaper's parent company is based. The delegation is explaining the workers' situation and U.S. labor law, and making contacts with unions and educators in Taiwan. It's important that the company hear from as many CWA members and allies as possible while the delegation is visiting.
