Recently came to my attention that the likes of Townhall.com, 
LewRockwell.com, WorldNetDaily.com, Rense.com, etc. have been 
lionising diLorenzo's "The Real Lincoln", holding up the Confederacy 
as libertarians opposed to big government, the true Jeffersonians, 
etc.

Can anyone here provide an assessment of the diLorenzo book? Can't 
seem to find a scholarly review anywhere -- Google returns thousands 
of pages, but it's all from the right.
