And, you can separate the wheat from the chaff simply by looking for the word "fundamental" and its variants in statements issued by the powers that be, which we should know by now is a subconscious effort to make one's statement seem somehow on solid ground. The very presence of the word should raise a red flag. As in contrarian indicator.
