Isn't Silberman somebody we don't like?  This could prove very convenient to
the "we didn't follow terrorist leads because it would have upset the civil
liberties crowd" pr machine.  Now amended to include the "we didn't follow
up on terrorist leads cause we didn't have enough money" fait
d'completarooney.
