This is from the recent report "A New Look through the Glass Ceiling: Where are the Women?" by Representatives John D. Dingell (D-MI) and Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) that uses General Accounting Office data. The report finds clear evidence that the "glass ceiling hardened rather than shattered after 1995."
