Justin - I am well aware that there are plenty of management personnel at all level, from executive directors to floor supervisors, who work very hard for their buck. My critique was intended for the captains of industry who rake in millions of dollars simply because they oversee institutions with big resources. Do you really belive that Eisner's or Gates's pay (including stock options) are in any true sense proportional to their contributions to their companies, or for that matter, society?
