Geez, for someone who's parading himself as being "on the tip," he could hardly sound dumber. Music like running water and electricity? Where? Ghana? California? IMF-structured water? Enron electricity?

But then again, Bowie is the one who pioneered selling his name on futures markets, no? Can't you trade futures on Bowie's income these days?
