"simply" killed? whew...haven't seen that particular poll, and don't think much of polls anyway, but given such a dreadful either/or choice ( even worse than what's offered to voters!), do you really think many folks would say they'd prefer death?
how about legal, lawful war, then, that says, "simply" kill everyone, but for god's sake, for justice and morality's sake, don't you dare hurt them...?
