The C's not perfect. I'll join your movement to abolish the 2-person per 
state clause for Senatorial representation, or the Electoral College, the 
two biggest flaws I see with the C as it stands. More abstractly, I think 
federalism's a dangersous relic, but I don't think there's any prospect of 
doing much about it. The bicameral legislature I think I'll leave alone.
