Not quite correct, of course. 1995 may be the year they went online, but I still have a copy of the paper version of Salon, "A Journal of Aesthetics" (Summer '93 - the Suicide Issue), when it was still a very rough photocopied/stapled zine with lots of cut-and-paste artwork, comics, and innumerable written pieces in about 75 different fonts. At the time they were done in limited editions of 150 or so (with many of the authors signing the back page, to give it that special cachet). Just to set the record straight...
