Lily Harfouche and Strider Wasilewski
Emira Lily Harfouche, the daughter of Jane Mandy Harfouche and Emir Hassan Harfouche of Malibu, Calif., is to be married today to Strider Rasberry Wasilewski, a son of Jain Irvine of Venice, Calif., and Martin Wasilewski of Aups, France. Red Star, a Native American of the Chumash tribe and a ceremonial leader, is to perform a nondenominational ceremony at Stone Manor, an estate in Malibu.
Ms. Harfouche, 24, is known as Lily. She will keep her name. She is the owner and manager of Atlantis Clothing Cafe, a women's clothing boutique in Malibu. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College. Her father performs dabke, a form of ancient Middle Eastern folk dancing, and is also a computer systems analyst for the University of Southern California, in Los Angeles. Her mother, a former actress, is a jewelry designer in Malibu.
Mr. Wasilewski, 30, is a professional surfer and the captain of the Quiksilver surfing team, which is based in Huntington Beach, Calif. His mother is a deputy probation officer, who counsels juveniles at the Los Angeles County Probation Department. His father builds wooden sailing boats in Aups.
