CB: Nukes would be the main problem. The U.S. revolution would first be winning the Congress and Presidency in elections, followed by a Constitutional Convention to make the Constitution thoroughly socialist.
I agree with the implication in what you say. With Nukes there would have to be a total control more thorough than the Bolshevik command of Russian military weaponry, we would have to have ALL the nukes under the Socialist President's effective control and command. Then a rapid program of disassembling them.
