Budget Surplus?

All of this is included in govt accounts.
The Fanny's usually run surpluses, if I'm not
mistaken, and the USPS has done so in the past.
The Feds don't have rainy day funds.  The states'
funds are included in reporting.  -- mbs

Postal Service, Fanniemae, Freddiemac, Social Security, defense dept. rainy
day funds, etc etc.
