Topics Include Foreign and Domestic Policy and the State of the Economy

WHAT: The debut of "WSJ Editorial Board with Stuart Varney," a weekly series produced by CNBC and Dow Jones & Co., will feature five members of The Wall Street Journal editorial board: Pulitzer Prize winner Robert Bartley, editor and vice president; Pulitzer Prize winner Paul Gigot, editorial page editor; Daniel Henninger, deputy editorial page editor; Susan Lee, editorial board member; and Pulitzer Prize winner Dorothy Rabinowitz, "Critic at Large" columnist. Topics are expected to include possible U.S. military action in Iraq, the conflict in the Middle East, the rebounding economy, the compensation fund for September 11th victims, and what's next on Bush's domestic agenda.

WHO: Renowned financial news journalist Stuart Varney hosts "WSJ Editorial Board with Stuart Varney" on CNBC, a one-hour program that explores the strong, often controversial points of view of the distinguished editors of The Wall Street Journal.

WHEN: Friday, March 15, 7-8 p.m. ET, repeated at 2-3 am ET

WHERE: Only on CNBC.

Networks/stations may use a clip of the series for a period of 24 hours beginning after the first airing at 8 p.m. Eastern Time. Each time a clip of the series is played, talent introducing the clip must reference CNBC's "WSJ Editorial Board with Stuart Varney." For the duration of the clip, an onscreen font "Courtesy: CNBC's "WSJ Editorial Board with Stuart Varney" with the original broadcast date must be displayed and the CNBC logo must not be obscured. NBC affiliates networks and O & Os may use as they wish.
