Sugar and processed carbohydrates are particularly evil. A few years ago I gave up sugar entirely for health reasons, and what I thought would be a relatively trivial process, turned out to be fairly difficult. I found myself having hallucinations about sugar, cravings at all times of the day. It took about a week for that to finally pass.

And now they're advertising their products in schools as well. Given the state of the average American (overweight even compared to the lardy, French Fries obsessed, Brit) - I'd say it's a huge health issue AND a class issue.
