Dworkin *is* a compelling writer; I recommend reading some of her stuff even to porn-fans, especially if they are interested in good political prose style. Most people's reactions to her political views prevent them from noticing what a fine non-fiction prose stylist she is.
The aforementioned and newly published *Heartbreak* is a pretty good entry point.
