Campaign Finance passes- bankruptcy law still dead

The Dems are captive to parasitic finance -- the bond market. They are against anything that reduces the surplus/increases the deficit. The Repugs have a leg in finance, but are also beholden to manufacturers, small biz, energy corps, and assorted criminal enterprises. Hence, rhetoric aside, the Repugs are better protectionists.
