To answer your question, well, it's more enlarging than approaching every text or every experience as a (fill in the blank...Marxist, feminist, foucaultian, Leninist) without even allowing the possibility for change, isn't it? I mean, I seem to have witnessed this tendancy on some internet list somewhere ;)
