There were articles in the New York Times and Chicago Tribune, too. Thanks a lot Clinton and thanks a lot DLC. HRC and Lieberman want stricter work rules for welfare recipiants.

Ah, that vital center. Maybe they should study France.

Howabout keeping the unemployment rate as low as possible and keep it there? That would be the radical solution, that would go to the root rather than merely tinkering.
