A "reality" sitcom on MTV featuring the daily lives of Ozzy Osbourne, former
lead singer for Black Sabbath, and his wife and two kids. It is a huge
ratings winner, the talk of pop cultland, and has garnered praise (from Dan
Quayle) and derision (from Jeb Bush) for its portrayal of a decidedly
off-beat but tightly knit fam.

Recently, Jeb burst into tears at some anti-drug conference,
because a daughter was busted faking Zoloft perscriptions.
What did Quayle liked about it, considering his
crusade against Murphy Brown? The fact that there
are two parents?
He must have missed the episode where Ozzy told his teenage kids to use
condoms. Lynne Cheney thought it was a disgrace that Ozzy was
invited to the White House correspondents dinner.
