DAVID Brock, who made his reputation attacking Hillary Clinton before his conversion to the left, had lunch yesterday with the freshman senator, plus a couple of dozen other Democrats. Brock, the first to interview the Arkansas state troopers who knew the Clintons up close and personal, had never met Hillary before. After the lunchroom love fest in the Capitol, lawmakers like Chuck Schumer and Ted Kennedy emerged singing the praises of Brock's latest propaganda book, "Blinded By the Right," which former President Bill Clinton has been handing out to everyone he meets. No one seemed concerned with cyber-gossip Matt Drudge's allegations that Brock had suffered a breakdown and spent some days in a psychiatric ward while he wrote his new book.
