Right; to use democratic resources to change the uniform commercial codes and the various rules regarding corporate charters and the like doesn't necessarily entail changes in the 'big' C; although the 5th and 14th amendments are a pain in the ass, as is dealing with 'police powers' and 'unconstitutional conditions.' AS DRR as pointed out, Enronistan is a big beast and the Naderite approach to dealing with the issues from a 'tailpipe' perspective ain't gonna fly. That's why there's some food fights amongst greens.
