Honestly? NYC and Toronto, for instance, have much more in common with each other than, say, NYC and Sandusky, Ohio (ever see a [pretty lame] movie called _Edge of Seventeen_, a gay coming-of-age story set in Sandusky?). If _you_ are given a choice between living in Paris, Texas and living in Paris, France, you'd choose the latter _in a heartbeat_, provided you can make a living there. -- Yoshie
