	the onion's "word on the street" segment had the best take on the
10C's in schools a few years ago: "nothing changes a child's behavior like
a set of rules, clearly posted for all to read".

	and then there's o'reilly on the whole "under god" debate,
speaking of buddhists: "but they still believe in a higher power".
