The answer depends on whether the chart is based on how important democracy is to its vision, or how democratic each organisation's internal decision making structure is.
A democratic ballot of the people is a strategic plank of the SLP's platform for achieving socialism. Or perhaps the SLP's relatively democratic internal decision making structures compare well to the other organisations listed?
