Perle: inspections or not, let's hit Saddam!

This makes sense. Perle is right that it is impossible to prove that Iraq is innocent beyond a shadow of doubt. The only way is to invade, overthrow the government.

Guilty until proved innocent, its the American way. The poms just don't get it.
