Bush says he and Putin are buds

Let's see, in the statement you send, Putin refers to "Mr. President" and 
Bush refers to "Vladimir." Who is in charge of protocol? What lets that 
inequity slip through?

Bush not having a clue about how to make himself look in good in Russia.
I have problems imagining Putin refering to his wife by her first name. :)
