Hitchens has completely lost his mind

I am watching Hitchens and David Reiff on C-SPAN2 just now
and Hitchens just endorsed an Iraqi General's suggestion
that Saddam and Dubya have a duel of honor to settle
matters.  Hitchens likes the idea because "he knows which
one will be walking away blowing the smoke off of his Texas
pistol".

There was a book, a thriller, in Russia that came out last year that has
former spy and judo-expert Putin parachuting into Chechnya Rambo-style and
duking it out with Maskhadov mano-a-mano.
