Me: Code mostly for Westerners, not to say that a large minority of the KPRF electorate, which by the way is a mass of very badly suffering people, probably has anti-Semitic views of one sort or another. The name "People's Patriotic Union," which you would probably find to some militia group in the US, has different connotations in Russia: "Patriotic" as in "Great Patriotic War." The main constituents of the Union, which are the KPRF and the Agrarian Party, do not have a Great Russian nationalist agenda.
