Chalmers Johnson on "blowback"

Hi,

I am a fan of the Johnson book but for many of us with gray hair the concept of Blowback was first popularized in Christopher Simpson's 1988 book "Blowback: America’s Recruitment of Nazis and Its Effects on the Cold War." (New York: Macmillan Publishing Company, Collier Books).
