Yes. There is some movement towards peace in Sri Lanka and I hope the momentum is sustained. I am not sure the LTTE would have shown interest in peace talks, if it were not for 9/11 and change in the global position terrorism. The LTTE's terror campaign can not be sustained after 9/11.
