It is contestable and if you lose the contest with a judge with an active injunction, you go to jail.

This is the reason that injunctions are the antichrist in labor circles-- it moves things from civil suits and NLRB hearings to the preemptive power of the judge to throw people in jail at will. It kind of changes the calculations of everyone involved and the willingness of folks to push the envelope.
