I would if it was limited to sending a hit squad to destroy Mr. Hussein. Unfortunately, that is not how it usually happens. They will bomb civilian population, while Mr. Hussein will most likely get away or in the worst (for him) case scenario, be put on trial like Mr. Milosevic. So to keep the analogy valid, the Iraq war compares not to the cops coming in and shooting the perp (an acceptable thing), but between the cops coming in and shooting everyone in the hood to arrest the perp (an unacceptable thing).
