Por fin! Navy to leave Vieques

FWIW:
Just a little local news -- something that I haven't seen mentioned in the
New York Times (online) -- though it is splashed over all the headlines here
in Puerto Rico: despite the impending war the U.S. Navy is pulling out of
Vieques.
