I've actually been a bigger defender of terrorism as a means of armed struggle by rebel groups, but the PKK is far and above many such groups in their brutal murder of civilians. HRW's condemnation of Ocalan was based on a series of PKK murders, including large numbers of children. See http://www.hrw.org/press98/nov/italy-apendix.htm
Again there is the defense of mass murderers. HRW does not defend Turkey, yet you cite the PKK as such garden variety rebels. Milosevic, Hussein, Ocalon-- what a sorry mess of mass murderers you are attaching to the left.
