It seems like _Onion_-level humor to me. It's transgressive in a gentle, went-to-a-pretty-good-college sort of way. "Inane" and "genius" both seem a bit excessive to me.
Maybe it's just because I live in the big city or something, but this stuff about pervasive political correctness and white chicks digging bad black dudes for their low dermal albedo and poor character seems like something out of the late '60s or early '70s to me, as in Tom Wolfe's _Radical_Chic_. Do you really see these things as a present, ongoing problem, and if so, where are you observing them, and under what circumstances?
